Steps

Clean, wash, and finely chop bathua leaves.

Add besan, rice flour,haldi, red chili powder,garam masala powder, ginger-garlic-chili paste, and hing to it.Mix well

Add oil, lemon juice, salt, and 1tbsp oil. Mix well and make a dough. Add water only if required for binding.

Shape it into a cylindrical shape and steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.

Let it cool down, cut it into round pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera. Fry the bathua muthia, sprinkle some red chili powder, and chat masala.

Serve it hot.
