Firstly take 2 Hakka noodles packets boil the water if water is boil cut packets add noodles into the boil water cook 4 to 5 minutes switch of the flame drain the water with to he help of strainer add cold water n little oil into the boil noodles n keep a side take a vegetables clean n wash n slices, carrot 🥕, capsicum, cabbage, onion, tomatoes n chopped coriander leaves.

Take a above ingredients together, heat the pan pour oil add onion the saute for a minutes add salt n again saute for a minutes.

Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, tomatoes n mix it well n cook for a minutes, after that add all sauces vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, shezwan sauce, and Ching's Hakka noodles masala n mix it well n cook for a minutes.

Now add boil Hakka noodles mix it or toss it well n cook for 5 minutes sprinkle some Coriander leaves.

Our delicious and healthy and tasty Chinese Egg Hakka noodles is ready to eat serve hot in a serving dish it is very tasty.
