A very healthy and nutritious refreshing cool smoothie . Good for kids after a workout.
Steps

Take pre boiled and refrigerated cold milk. Remove skin of soaked almonds.

Peel and chop bananas and put in blender. Add soaked almonds, sugar and little milk. Churn in mixer. Add remaining milk and churn again for 1 minute.
- 3
Pour in serving glasses and serve chilled garnished with chopped almonds and pistachio.
