Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your oil in a non-stick pan

  2. 2

    Add in your kales when the oil is hot...sprinkle salt...

  3. 3

    Stir fry it for 2 minutes..we don't want our kales over- cooked..
    Serve hot with ugali and some Chicken with thick gravy😋
