Ingredients

  1. 1 bowldal
  2. As neededwater
  3. As per tastesalt
  4. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  5. for tadka:
  6. 2 tspghee
  7. as per tastesalt
  8. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dal and wash well.now take a cooker add water,dal,salt.

    Now add turmeric powder and cover with lid and wait for 4-5 whistles.now take a kadai add ghee,cumin seeds,dal,salt,red chilli powder and mix well.

    Now Tadka Dal is ready to serve hot.
