Steps

In bowl,add caster sugar,Yougart,egg and beat until well combined.

Add nutmeg powder,beat again & set aside.

In all-purpose flour,add baking powder,mix well and set aside.

In egg mixture,add all-purpose flour+baking powder mixture and mix well. knead until dough is formed.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. - 5
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again.

Sprinkle flour and rolled out dough with the help of the rolling pin and cut with donut cutter (makes 10-12).

In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry donuts on medium low flame until golden brown.

For Icing:
In bowl,add icing sugar,milk and whisk until well combined. - 9
Add food color of your choice and mix well.()But mene Cocoa powder add kia hai 2 tbsp)
Dip donuts into prepared icing and set onto wire racks to drain off excess and sprinkle with multi sprinkles immediately after glazing.
