To make chili paneer:

First, cut the paneer into cubes. Then cut the bell pepper, tomato, and onions into cubes as well.

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste. Add 2 teaspoons of water and stir to make a batter.

Dip the paneer cubes into the batter, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add the chopped garlic, then add the cubed onions, tomato, and bell pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Then add all the sauces and mix well. Add the vinegar and the fried paneer cubes, stirring to coat everything evenly.

Add 4 tablespoons water and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.

Your delicious Chinese-style Chili Paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy it with fried rice.
