Rich indian street food dessert recipe made with milk, rose syrup and dry fruits.
Steps

Firstly, soak 1 tbsp sabja seeds in a cup of water for 30 minutes.

Soak until sabja seeds absorb water and sweets turning into jelly texture.

Add 1/2 cup falooda sev and stir well. falooda sev is prepared with corn flour.

Now to prepare milk take 4 cups milk in a large kadai and boil for low to medium flame. Boil until milk becomes rabri.

Further add 2 tbsp sugar and stir well until sugar dissolves.

Cool the rabri to room temperature and chill it completely.

To prepare falooda, in a tall glass add 2 tbsp rose syrup.

Further add 2 tbsp soaked sabja seeds.

Now add 2 tbsp falooda sev.

Pour 1 cup of chilled rabri.

Add in a scoop of kulfi.

Further top with syrup and chopped pistachios.
