Steps

First take a vessel add 250ml water and bring that to a boil.

Add salt and vinegar to the water

Now carefully crack an egg in a small bowl.Be careful and don't let the yolk deform.

Now very carefully add the egg to the boiling water.Close the water and let that poach for 2-3mins on a low flame. Don't cook it for long or else yolk will not be runny.

Now using a spoon remove that poached egg from water. Seasone it with some salt, black pepper, oregano and coriander leaves

You can alter seasoning as per your. requirement

Delicious poached egg is ready. It's runny yolk makes it so delicious.🤤🤤
