Steps

Add soaked chole in the cooker add tea bag salt bay leaves and cloves and cinnamon bag in cooker. Now cook till done or almost 7 whistle.

Sauté ginger garlic chilli and onions till brown. Add tomato and add all dry masala.chilli chole masala lemon juice.now add cooked chole add some water. Cook nicely.

Add Kasuri methi and serve.
