Assemble all your ingredients

Cream margarine and sugar then add eggs one at a time and set aside

Sieve your flour and baking powder and set aside

Add orange zest and juice to creamed mixture

Add sieved flour and alternate with milk until you achieve the right consistency

Oil your baking tin and dust it with flour
- 7
Pour your batter on the tin and tap to remove air bubbles
- 8
Bake for 40minutes
- 9
Serve when cool
