Take two mangoes that are grated on a bowl.

Switch on the stove heat the pan add oil, mustard, jeera.

Split them after add onions fry well.

Add green chillies mix it well. Fry two minutes on medium flame.

Add grated mango. Mix it well.

Add turmeric,salt.mix it well.

Cover the lid on medium flame for 5 minutes. Mix it well.

Finally yummy yummy tasty mango fry ready.ready to serve them.it is a best combination of rice.
