Dry roast moong and rice (till it puffs) seperately in a kadai

Add elaichi and grind to a smooth powder once cools down

Add jaggery and a glass of water and boil to make jaggery syrup, maintain the consistency as per the hardness of laddu required.

Once jaggery syrup is ready and grounded powder and ground nuts and make laddus.
