Shahi Dahi Vada

Take urad dal, rice and mogar Dal and then wash them and then soak them in a bowl for 5 to 6 hours

Now remove water and then crush it and then add chilli, coriander, salt and mix it well and then mix it with hand for 10 minutes

Now keep oil for heating and when it is heated add mixture and make Vada

Now take another bowl and then add the Vada's in it and soak them for 5 to 10 minutes
Now press them and keep it in a plate - 5
Now take curd and add black salt in it and mix it
Now the curd on Vada's and then keep them in the fridge for 30mins. - 6
Now take them out and add them on the serving plate and again add curd, dates Chutney, garlic Chutney, potatoes, cashew and coriander Chutney

Now add pomegranate seeds, grapes and sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder and garnish it with coriander

Now serve it.
