Hot Crossed Banana Bread

I love the smell of hot crossed buns but I generally have to stick to a gluten free and low FODMAP diet for health reasons, which got me to thinking about how to get that good bun flavour in a belly freindly manner.
This is that recipe and it's pretty dang good all things considered.
This version is vegan and gluten free but feel free to straight swap with normal flour.

Steps
- 1
Set the oven to 160c (fan assisted 180c standard)
- 2
Mash bananas then add the oil, zest and sugar.
- 3
Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
- 4
Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake for 20 mins or until browned on top. Cover with foil and bake for another 20 - 25 mins until a skewer comes out clean.
- 5
Leave to cool in the tin for 10 mins before removing to a cooling rack.
- 6
Note: 2 oranges will make this really punchy and feel free to add another tsp of cinnamon if you like it strong. If you don't get a good rise then adding an extra 1/2 tsp baking powder could help.
