Ingredients

  • 4medium onion Sliced cut
  • 2tomatoes Roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cupcashew nut
  • 250 gmpaneer cubes
  • 1 spoongarlic paste
  • 1 spoonginger paste
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 inchCinnamon stick
  • 3cloves
  • 1 spoonjeera/ cumin seeds
  • 2 spooncrushed dry kasuri methi
  • 2 spoonbutter
  • 2 tspoil
  • 3-4 spooncream
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 spoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepared all the ingredients. Heat the oil. Add jeera. garlic and ginger paste and saute for 2-3 min. Then add dry spices. red jalapeno. And Onion. Saute till onion is translucent

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add cashew nut and tomatoes. Mix well and saute on a medium flame for 5-7 min

  3. 3

    Then remove pan from heat. Let it cool down completely. Remove dry spices and transfer it to a blender. And grind the masala to a smooth paste. And keep a side

  4. 4

    To the same pan. Add Butter and oil. The. Add red Chilli power. Add fry for few seconds. Then add ground paste in to the pan. Add salt as per taste and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2-3 min

  5. 5

    Add cream and crushed dry kasuri methi and mix well

  6. 6

    Add paneer and garam masala. Cook for 2-3 min on medium flame.ready to serve
