Masala papad is everyone favourite dish. It's a spicy and tangy taste. You can roast the papad or fry it.

Keep all ingredients ready. Chop onion, tomato, cucumber and green chilli finely. Heat oil in pan. Choose little hard tomato and very much juicy.

Heat oil in pan. Fry the masala papad. Take it out in plate. Do topping on papad, add onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli. Spread evenly all over the papad.

Now sprinkle Chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt. For garnishing add kothmir lastly. Squeeze lime juice on top.

Masala papad is ready to serve.
