In a bowl, add suji, dahi and water. Mix well. (Better should be in a flowing consistency). Cover and kee the batter aside for at least 20-30 mins.

Now in a bowl, add baking soda and oil. Nicely mix both ingredients. Add the mixture in the prepared suji batter and whisk the batter throughly. Add salt. On the other side chopped all the veggies.

Heat a pan. Pour a batter. Add veggies on the topping of the batter. Sprinkle some red chilli powder. Apply some butter and allow the Uttapam to cook for about 3-4 mins. On medium heat.

Flip the uttapam and cook on the other side for another 2-3 mins.

Transfer the uttapam from the pan in a serving plate. Serve hot with chutney.
