Gobhi Paratha

Take a bowl add all the stuffing ingredients in it and mix it well then cover it properly and leave it for 15 -20 minutes.

Now again take a bowl add all the ingredients of making the dough and knead to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Now take a maslan cloth and add the prepared stuffing in it and squeeze it properly therefore the excess water has drain out from the stuffing.

Now divide the dough into the equal parts. Take one of the dough ball and stuff with stuffing. Then roll it into a circle. Then heat a tawa. Transfer the rolled paratha into the hot tawa. Cook the side for a minute or two and then flip over. Apply some oil and cook it from the both sides till have golden brown spots on them.

Your gobhi paratha is ready to eat. Serve it hot with curd or tomato sauce. Enjoy!
