Heat Oil and saute the Onions. Add the minced Garlic and all the masalas.

After a minute, add the Green peas. Stir fry all of these for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Mix this with the Rice. Cover and leave it on a low heat for 5 minutes just to reheat it.

Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with any pickle or as it is. It tastes equally yum.
