Take a small to medium size ball from dough and dust them with flour on the rolling board.

Then roll it in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter.

Then add1 tablespoon ghee, salt, red chilli powder,black pepper, carom seeds again add ghee and spread with spoon on all paratha

Then make layers and make a circle by folding layers

Then again roll in a circle

Grease ghee on tawa, and place paratha on it after 2 minutes flip to the other side flip it till both sides are cooked properly.

It is ready serve hot with pickle, curd, malai
