Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsShredded Rotisserie Chicken
  2. 6 SlicesProvolone or Swiss Cheese
  3. 2 CansCream of Chicken Soups
  4. 1/2 CupWhite Wine
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspPepper
  7. 1 BoxChicken Stuffing
  8. 1 StickButter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Add shredded chicken to greased pan.

  4. 4

    Layer with slices of cheese

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl mix together the cream of chicken soup, white wine, salt, and pepper. Once mixed together pour mixture over slices of cheese. Spread evenly across the pan.

  6. 6

    Now top with the box of chicken stuffing.

  7. 7

    Melt the stick of butter and drizzle over top of the stuffing.

  8. 8

    Place the casserole in the oven and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stuffing should be golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
