A quick, simple, spicy & tangy maggi curry noodles to cook when you are really very hungry & in a hurry without compromising the taste!

Crush the noodles and set it aside. Collect all the tastemaker powder in a cup.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add in the onions & saute till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and saute till mushy. Add the tastemaker & mix well.

Pour water as required & bring it to boil. I use more water as my young ones prefer saucy noodles. Depending on one's choice one can adjust the water content. Add a pinch of salt. Bring it to rolling boil & add the crushed noodles. Cook till done. Sprinkle pepper powder & serve it hot.
