Rub the margarine into sieved flour

Mix the sugar salt and an egg together

Disperse yeast into water

Add all wet ingredients to the sieved flour and knead thoroughly

Cover and allow to ferment for 45 min.knock back

Divide into 125-150gm strands and plait

After plaiting place in a lightly greased baking sheet

Prove until double in size.eggwash and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake in hot oven at 220 degree celcius
