Ingredients

  1. 250 g.Raw sweet corn
  2. 1/4 tsp.Salt
  3. 1/2 tsp.Sugar
  4. 1/2 tbsp.Homemade Red curry paste
  5. 5 tbsp.Crispy flour
  6. 150 ml.Cold water
  7. 5 pcs.Kaffir lime leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp.Fish sauce
  9. 2cup. Vegetable oil
  10. 🟡Dipping sauce
  11. 2.5 tbsp.Vinegar
  12. 1 tbsp.Water
  13. 2 tbsp.Sugar
  14. 1/4 tsp.Salt
  15. 1/2 tbsp.Chili flake
  16. 1/2 tbsp.Roasted peanut

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Shave all corn kernel as shown• add kiffir lime leaves thinly slice+salt + sugar + fish sauce + crispy flour + cold water • mix it well

    Fried sweet corn cake with medium heat until crispy 😋

    Dipping sauce • vinegar + water + salt + sugar and bring it to boil until sugar and salt melted • let it cool 😊 • add chili flake and roasted peanut • Done !!😋😋
