My Favorite Crockpot Roast (keto style)

Staying on track with Keto has been one of my biggest challenges but this roast definitely helps! Full of flavor you won’t be able to resist it!

Ingredients

8 hours
6 servings
  1. 5Celery Stalks sliced
  2. 2bushels of radishes halved
  3. 1/2 packagebaby carrots
  4. 1 (8 oz)package of mushrooms, sliced or halved
  5. 2+ lbs chuck Roast
  6. 1 pkgaus ju seasoning
  7. 1 pkgItalian dressing seasoning packet
  8. 1 stickbutter sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Spray your crockpot with avocado or olive oil spray

  2. 2

    Place all your veggies in the bottom of the pot and sprinkle with about 1/3 of your seasoning packets

  3. 3

    Place your Chuck Roast on top of your veggies, then sprinkle the rest of your seasoning packets all over the roast.

  4. 4

    Last place your butter pats all over your roast and along the sides on your veggies( mostly on the roast!

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until fork tender. Delicious!!
