Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Saute the vegetables
  2. to tasteVegetables
  3. as neededOil
  4. to tasteBlack pepper and salt
  5. Boil the pasta
  6. 1 cupDurum wheat pasta
  7. 1tsb oil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. For the sauce
  10. 1 cupmilk
  11. 1 tbspatta flour
  12. to tasteFinely chopped garlic
  13. to tasteButter
  14. to tasteChilli flakes
  15. to tasteOregano

Steps

  1. 1

    First saute the vegetables in a pan and then take them out

  2. 2

    Boil the pasta for 10-15 min

  3. 3

    Until then in a pan but 2tsb butter and the herbs on medium flame

  4. 4

    Then add 1 tbsp atta and mix it for a few minutes 2-4 min

  5. 5

    Then add half of the milk and stir there should not be any clumps and then add the rest of the milk

  6. 6

    Keep stirring until it thickens a little we don't want it to thicken all the way as it'll after we add the pasta

  7. 7

    Then add black pepper a little bit of salt and if you want your can add more herbs

  8. 8

    Then add the vegetables and the boiled pasta

  9. 9

    Let it be for a few minutes and then plate

  10. 10
