Wash your fish, pat dry with kitchen towels and cut into 4.

Marinate the fish with some salt, black pepper, tanduri powder and lemon zest. Put is aside for 15-20 minutes.

In a shallow bowl or plate mix your flour with some salt.
(This will be used on the fish to prevent it from breaking.)

Pre heat your pan with some oil. Pat your fish into some flour (ensure to remove the excess flour)

Once your oil is hot place your fish. Turn after every 5 minutes ni. (Make sure to cook on a high flame/heat)

Once it's ready, add in your butter and gently glaze your fish with the hot butter on each side. To prevent the burning of the butter, add in some lemon juice (1/4 slice)
Remove from heat and let it rest.

Prepare your fries /chips. Serve with fish once ready
