Take a fresh watermelon cut into pieces. Take a mixter grinder add cubs add mint leaves (skinless watermelon)

Now add sugar depend on watermelon sweetness add lemon juice

Mix well. Then beat in pulse don't beat more because seeds are there. Then strain the juice.

Pour the juice in a freezer box freeze for 5-6 hours in deep freeze then remove and scrab with fork

Transfer it in serving bowl sprinkle chhat masala and decorate with mint leaves

Or after removing from freezer break in to pieces and take in mixie jar blend in pulse and serve cold
