Firstly Take water in a big bowl/ vessel add all the ingredients of kanji & keep covered for 8-10hrs.

Soak yellow moong dal for around an hour then grind without or with very less water.Add all the spices & mix well.

Heat oil for frying... Make vadas & remove out in a plate.

Once all done then put vadas into plain water got 5mins.... so the excess oil from vadas can release.

Transfer the vada to Kanji water bowl & keep overnight & then serve.

Take vada & kanji water in a bowl sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder & salt & enjoy.
