Bring water and salt to the boil. On medium heat, Add the mealie meal in a heap and cover for 10 minutes.

Using the back of a wooden spoon or a fork mix and fluff the mixture till crumbly. Cover for 10 minutes and fluff again. Pour 1 tblsp boiling water in the centre of the porridge and cover for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold and enjoy 😎
