The recipe of this dry noodle dish is originally from a famous Chinese actor in a reality show. Basically, he simply used Sprite to replace the sugar-adding. I’m so curious about the taste and it looks so mouthwatering. Therefore, I decide to give it a go... and it turns out fantastic. 😋

Put spring onion, minced garlic and chilli powder in a bowl. Pour in very hot cooking oil.

Mix in with Soy sauce, vinegar, Sprite, Loganma chilli oil, sesame paste and some white sesame seeds. Then, add in cooked Udon noodles, boiled bean sprouts, carrot shreds and cucumber shreds. Mix them all well.... done!! Enjoy!!😋😋
