Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupolive oil (120 ml)
  2. 1 headgarlic cloves, chopped
  3. 1red onion, chopped
  4. 3 1/3 lbsgreen chili peppers, chopped (about 1.5 kg)
  5. 1 cupcilantro, chopped (about 30 grams)
  6. 1/2 cupwater (120 ml)

    Heat a pot with the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion.

    Add the chili peppers and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the chili peppers until cooked. Once the peppers are cooked, add the cilantro, boil for a couple of minutes, and turn off the heat. Use a blender to make a paste. I used an immersion blender.

    Sterilize glass jars and fill them with the cream. It’s best to keep them refrigerated.
