The other day I was given a lot of chili peppers, and if I didn’t do something with them, they would go bad. So I decided to make a chili pepper cream and store it in jars.

The other day I was given a lot of chili peppers, and if I didn’t do something with them, they would go bad. So I decided to make a chili pepper cream and store it in jars.

Heat a pot with the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion.

Add the chili peppers and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the chili peppers until cooked. Once the peppers are cooked, add the cilantro, boil for a couple of minutes, and turn off the heat. Use a blender to make a paste. I used an immersion blender.

Sterilize glass jars and fill them with the cream. It’s best to keep them refrigerated.
