Keep mud pot in a stove and add oil and all whole garam masalas

Add onions and saute till it becomes golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste

Saute till the raw smell goes and then add tomato, add required salt to mash cook of tomato..then add mas alas..chilli powder, coriander powder..Saute till raw smell goes..

Then add water as for 1:2 ratio..you measure rice in a particular cup, so that you measure the water..

Let the water boil...meanwhile you soak the basmathi rice in prior for half an hour..then add the rice in a boiling water...add salt as your taste...check it completely...then let the rice and water both mingle with each other by absorbing water...then close the mud pot with lid and slow the flame..for 7 minutes...then off the stove keeping any weight over the pot..for ten minutes...then open it add coriander, mint, ghee optional..finally done..serve with onion raitha

I did it in fire wood Rocket stove which I made by me...in our house..it will be tasty...not only that...its a healthy too..and economic of fuel gas..
