Absolutely amazing and an easy dish. Prepared in a jiffy. I have used Frozen one's here and therefore have reduced the cooking time significantly. It can be made with fresh Potatoes too but it definitely increases the cooking time as such. This is therefore a better option. It not only tastes yummy but also looks fiery Red in colour due to the use of Red Chilli powder. And so it's quite obvious and clear that this dish is not for the children. Although with alterations in the spices, you can very well serve this amazing dish to the children too. The only thing to be reduced here is that of the Red Chilli powder. And enjoy your mealtimes with your loved ones to the maximum with this lovely looking dish on any given day.

1 tbspGarlic minced
1 1/2 tbspRed Chilli powder
1 tspSalt
3-4 tbspchopped Green Onions
2 tspSesame Seeds

Heat oil and add Cumin Seeds, after they have spluttered, add the minced Garlic. Saute for a few minutes.

Add the Soy Sauce, Chilli powder and the Potato Fingers. Cover and cook until well cooked.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with Rice or Rotis.
