Fried omena + collabo of (mito &mrenda)

Steps

Sort out the omena

Wash and let it drain

Put cooking oil in the pan and let it heat till ready

Put the omena in the ready oil and allow it to deep fry till it's crunchy

Once it's ready, remove from the pan and put aside

In a separate pan heat the oil, once ready add onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum, salt. Fry till it turns golden brown

Once ready put tomatoes and cover the sufuriah, allow it to simmer
- 8
When ready, put the deep fried omena in the sufuriah, add milk (optional) you can use water. Let it simmer for afew minutes

You are allowed not to use milk or water. You can Serve it dry

Serve either of these with veggies, like I'm my case I used mixture of mitto and mrenda

Eat both with brown ugali
