Steps

Beat the whipping cream until having soft peak. Set aside

In a pan add milk and agar agar or gelatin and mix and bring it to heat. On low flame continue stirring until agar agar or gelatin is dissolved. Transfer to a mixing bowl

In another bowl add yogurt, Thandai powder, lemon juice, honey and whisk gently. Add the agar agar mix into this. Mix gently.

Add this mix into the whipping cream and fold in gently.

In a serving glass add crushed digestive biscuits and spoon in the whipping cream mix. Refrigerate for 3 hrs

Add Thandai powder and Rose petals and enjoy
