Cream in the sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla essence

Sift in the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix it all in, add the chocolate chips and chunks.

Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. After that, roll out the dough into small balls; tablespoon sizes.

Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 15 minutes

Let them cool for around 20 minutes on a separate rack and enjoy.
