Marinate boneless boti with marinating ingredients fkr at least 30 mints

Heat oil in a pan, cook marinated boti until all liquid dries, set aside

Now in a same pan,heat oil in a pan, fry onions, add garlic and ginger paste and saute for a while

Add tomato puree and ketchup snd cook well

Add all spices, mix well and cook on high flame

Now add cooked boti in the masala, cook on the low flame until boti gets tender/soft

If the gravy is thick enough to serve then its ok, if you need more thickens, cook on low to medium flame for more 5 mints

Serve with fried rice
