  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • as neededorange colour
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

    Add butter and sugar powder and beat to creamy texture.

    Add orange zest and colour mix it.

    Seive wheat flour,baking powder, baking soda mix it well then add orange juice in batches to make dough.

    Take a spoon of dough shape in to ball give design as per your choice and bake in preheated kadai for 12,15min.

    Taken on a plate cool it and orange cookies are ready.
