  • 2 Cupbesan/gram flour
  • 2onion
  • 1 tablespoonCumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  • 2green chilies
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  • 3 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 pinchhing/asafoetdia
  • as neededOil for frying
  • to taste salt

  1. 1

    Drain the gram flour and add cumin salt, turmeric, finely chopped onion, chilli, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and mix well.

    Add oil to the pan and heat it, then fry it with golden brown
