Carrot Tomato Soup
Steps

Wash the veggies, keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker, add all the veggies.

Now add 2 1/2 cup water & lil salt.

Place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame.

Switch off the flame now, allow it to depressurise.

Open the lid now, take out in a bowl, let it cool down.

Take a blender jar, add veggies, leave the water aside.

Blend it thoroughly.

Take a deep bottom pan, add the left over water & the blended veggies.

Simmer it till a lil thick.

Take out in a serving bowl, add black pepper powder & salt (if needed).

Garnish it with dhania patta.

Have it with any main course.
