Cooking Instructions

Add chicken in bowl n marinate with all things mentioned above, taste the seasoning, add more egg if required. Rest for 30 minutes

Now coat with coating ingredients n add water 1-2 tbsp.

Heat oil in pan and fry wings for 6-8 minutes. Take out on tissue paper.

Add oil in pan, sauté garlic, add ketchup n rest of the ingredients one by one. And cook till its bubbly. It should not b too thick, not too runny.

Now coat the wings in sauce n add some of the sesame seeds.

Decorate it with spring onion n seeds.
