Ingredients

45 to 50 mints
2 to 3 person
  • Ingredients for potato marination:
  • 3cubed potatoes
  • 1 tbspperi peri sauce
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsptandoori Masala
  • 3 tbspcornflour
  • 3 tbspwater
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Ingredients for sauce:
  • 1/3 cupoil
  • 1chopped garlic
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1cubed capsicum
  • 1cubed onion
  • 2 tbspchilli garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspperi peri Sauce
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onion for garnish

Steps

45 to 50 mints
  1. 1

    At first Peel and cut cubes of potatoes and then let them boil by adding salt for 5 mints

  2. 2

    Then marinate them with above-mentioned ingredients for 15 mints and add water as well..Then deep fry them and put aside..

  3. 3

    Now for sauce add oil in a wok then add chopped onion and green chilli when garlic golden brown then add cubed capsicum and onions

  4. 4

    Then add all sauces in a bowl and mix them in wok and cook for few minutes

  5. 5

    Then add red chilli flakes and then add cornflour and water mixture and further cook for few minutes then add salt cook for 2 to 3 mints

  6. 6

    Then garnish spring onion and serve..
