2rolls Unsliced hotdog buns or soft rolls
20 gramsKinako
10to 15 grams, (to taste) Sugar

Use storebought rolls.

Mix the kinako and sugar together in a shallow tray (or on a plate). Use as much sugar as you like!

Deep fry the rolls in 160°C oil, about 10 seconds on each side.

Coat the fried bread on both sides with the kinako-sugar mix.
