Perfect as an appetizer before the main course.

Boil the potato, cut into medium pieces, in the vegetable broth.

Once cooked, transfer to a bowl. Mash with butter and a splash of the cooking broth.

Separately, sear the pork loin steaks in a very hot skillet with a little oil, the garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the pork into small cubes and mix into the mashed potatoes.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour and season with the remaining spices.

Shape the mixture into balls of your desired size, then coat each in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite sauce or dip.
