Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, let it splutter. Add cinnamon and star anise.

Add onion and saute well. Once onion turn translucent add ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell disappear.

Add chili and curry leaves. Do a quick stir. Add curry powder. Mix well. Add water and salt.

Cook for 3 mins. Add Boiled egg and coconut milk. Cook further until the oil seperates.
