My siblings like ice cream alot so I thought of using custard to make one for them.It's my first time making it tho,but they really enjoyed it So I thought of sharing it with you ☺️I used Plain vanilla custard powder mix.You can use any flavor of Your choice.

Add custard powder to a bowl

Pour your 3 tablespoons of milk into the bowl and mix well until there is no lumps

Put your pot on fire and add 4 tablespoons of milk to your pot

Add sugar and dissolve the sugar completely

Add your mixed custard powder+milk

Mix well,remove from heat and allow to cool completely

Whisk well for 2 minutes,use a hand mixer/ice cream maker add the mixture and churn it

Put it in a bowl and freeze for 4-5hours

Your vanilla ice cream is ready!
