  • 10Pak Choy (cut into 3)
  • 2 Garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1/2 tspWhite Pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOyster Sauce
  • 1 tbspOil

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, saute until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add pak choy. Stir for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add pepper & salt. Mix well and add oyster sauce. Stir 1 min. Serve immedietly.
