Ingredients

  • 1 cupCauliflower
  • 2 green chilli
  • 6 tspgreen garlic
  • 3 tspCoriander chopped
  • 4 tbspCornflour dissolved in water
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 3 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • as neededoil

    Take the cauliflower florets and boil it in water. Strain and keep aside.

    Take a kadai. Add 2 tbsp oil.Add jeera, add chopped garlic, chopped green chilli,chopped coriander and gobhi florets. Then add salt to taste, haldi powder 2tbsp, red chilli powder 2 tbsp. Cover it with the lid. Let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

    When the cauliflower is soft add the corn flour mixture. Give it a nice stir. Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and 2tbsp tomato sauce. Add more water if required. Add 2 tsp sugar.Mix well.garnish with coriander and serve hot.
